Melissa Ellis, hosts the *What's Up, Crossville?* podcast. An award-winning jazz artist with a 30-year career, she’s also a music consultant, digital marketing strategist, producer, promoter, and published author. She owns The Autumn Agency, specializing in music career strategy, and leads The Southern Spitfire brand. Melissa also spearheads The Member Berries, a tribute to 80s and 90s music, and HerSTORY, a platform for regional women to honor female music trailblazers and raise awareness for women in the industry. She holds degrees in Vocal Performance, Theater, Music Therapy, and a Masters in Music Business from Berklee. A proud Crossville resident, Melissa is married to her drummer, Matt, and is a "frat house" mom of four. She loves creative arts, puzzles, travel, and all things autumn/halloween/horror.
